“Kickin’ It Up for the Nitschke House,” an evening of country-western music, line dancing and fun will be presented by the Kenilworth Historical Society on Sunday, Sept. 10, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 191 Market Street, Kenilworth, N.J.
Complimentary dance lessons will be given by Dave Ackerman, who was formerly affiliated with the Colorado Cafe, and music will be provided by Matt Thomson of Monteray Entertainment. Snacks, water and soda will be provided.

Proceeds will benefit the Kenilworth Historical Society’s Oswald J. Nitschke House “living history” museum and cultural arts center by helping defray the cost of an elevator that makes all levels of the recently restored site fully accessible to everyone.
